1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the SEKUREX LLC website, Shopify storefront, or official Meta business pages, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SEKUREX LLC. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

2. Business Status & "Early Access"

SEKUREX LLC is currently in an Initial Development and R&D Phase. Information provided on our platforms regarding upcoming products, services, or hardware is for informational and "early access" purposes. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or pivot service offerings at our discretion as we scale toward full-market operations.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality on our platforms—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, NFC hardware concepts, product designs, and digital assets—are the exclusive property of SEKUREX LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.

  • Prohibited Use: Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any SEKUREX LLC intellectual property without express written consent.

  • Feedback: Any suggestions or feedback provided to us regarding our R&D efforts shall become the sole property of SEKUREX LLC without compensation to the user.

4. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use our platforms for any unlawful purpose.

  • Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or "scrape" any proprietary technology or data from our Shopify or Meta pages.

  • Provide false or misleading information during registration or inquiry.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

During this initial phase, all services and information are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. SEKUREX LLC makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the timeline of product releases or the uninterrupted availability of our digital platforms.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SEKUREX LLC, its directors, or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our platforms during this development stage. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user (if any) to access our services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding related to your access to the site shall be instituted in a state or federal court in New Jersey.

8. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend our service, and any material or product information we provide, without notice. We will not be liable if, for any reason, all or any part of our platforms are unavailable at any time or for any period.
